House approves DJI drone ban

Drone enthusiasts — and DJI fans in particular — will want to keep an eye on the Countering CCP Drones Act . The bill would ban the sale of DJI drones in the United States, and it was recently passed by the House of Representatives.

So far, the Senate Armed Services Committee has already approved the bill. The next step is for the Senate to debate the bill, which could result in amendments. Any changes to the bill would send it back to the House. Once a final reconciled version passes in both the House and the Senate, only then can the bill move on to the Oval Office. Read more.
